This leadership training is designed to help develop leadership in Utah’s business and technology organizations. Ten experienced and successful C-level executives teach the program over a four month period.

Participants will improve their leadership abilities by:

Understanding their current skills and what could be improved.
Learning the “state of the art” leadership skills and how to apply them.
Participation in a monthly group leadership learning experience.
Reading/Listening to the books below and discuss their application.

The cost of this program is $750, which includes four monthly all-day session, five leadership books with audios, breakfast, snacks and lunch.
